Achievements include the following:-

Created the Novated Lease and Associate Lease Car Plans (IT2509, 1988).
Developed REMPAC as a remuneration package communication and management software.
Provided reward strategy advice and employee share and option plan design, approval, implementation services to groups such as Australian Industry Development Corporation (AIDC), Commonwealth Serum Laboratories (CSL) and Qantas.
Advised groups on initial public offering and ongoing employee, executive, and non-executive director shares and option plans for a range of companies including OneSteel, AXA, Computershare, and NRMA Insurance.
Created share and option plans for leading Australian companies such as Crane Group, CSR, Fairfax, MIM, Network 10, News Corporation, OPSM, St George Bank, and Westpac.
Advised multinational companies on their Australian Share Plans, including Vodafone, Unilever, Placer Pacific, Honeywell, Ford, Eli Lilly, DuPont, APN and Bayer.
Developed flexible total remuneration plans for clients such as AAP, Email, Capilano, Lake Macquarie Council, Tamworth Council, Queensland Catholic Education, Mater Hospital , Federal Police, Defence Department and Northern Territory Government.
Designed and implemented a broad range of employee reward plan structures for the majority of Australia 's top 500 companies. These structures are equally applicable to and available for small and medium sized organisations.
Developed the first outsourced salary packaging administration service for The Australian Department of Defence.
  Staff from RPC created RPC Plan Managers Pty Ltd, prior to its sale to Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd. This company was and still is the largest share plan manager in Australia.
